How to Activate Showmax on Apple TV & Android TV:

Showmax is a well-known subscription streaming service that provides local content, TV series, and movies. Smart TVs, game consoles, and set-top boxes are just a few of the devices that can broadcast Showmax. In order to enjoy streaming Showmax on your Apple and/or Android TV, you need to install and activate Showmax app on your device at showmax.com/activate using your account login credentials and the activation code.

Activate Showmax on Apple TV:

1. Install the Showmax app:
   • Get your Apple TV’s App Store open.
   • Search for the Showmax app and download it.
2. Obtain Activation Code:
   • Go to your Apple TV and open the Showmax app.
   • The screen will display an activation code along with activation instructions.
3. Go to the Activation Website:
   • After receiving the activation code, on a computer or mobile device, open a browser and go to www.showmax.com/activate.
4. Enter the Code:
   • Next, enter the activation code displayed on your Apple TV into the provided space and click CONTINUE.
   • Then, log in with your Showmax account (or create one if you don’t have one).
5. Confirm Activation:
   • After confirming, your Apple TV will automatically log you in and refresh.
6. Start Watching:
   • You can now browse and enjoy Showmax content on your Apple TV along with your friends and family.

Activate Showmax on Android TV:

1. Install the Showmax App:
   • Launch the Google Play Store on your Android TV.
   • Then, look up “Showmax” using the search bar and download the app.
2. Get the Activation Code:
   • After installation, open the Showmax app and you’ll see the activation code right on your TV screen. Keep a note of it or keep your TV screen at halt.
3. Go to the Activation Website:
   • After receiving the code, open a web browser on your phone or computer, and go to www.showmax.com/activate.
4. Enter the Activation Code:
   • Enter the activation code from your Android TV into the given box and click Continue.
   • Next log in with your Showmax account using your credentials.
5. Confirm Activation:
   • Once confirmed, your Android TV will refresh and log you in automatically.
6. Start Watching:
   • After successful activation, begin streaming content on Showmax directly from your Android TV.

Important Tips:

• Make sure you finish the process as soon as possible because activation codes are normally only valid for a short period of time (10 to 15 minutes).
• You can create a new activation code by returning to the Showmax or Philo app on your TV whenever the current one expires.
